My name is Syeda Hajra Waqar. I'm a clinical psychologist working with people experiencing emotional, mental or interpersonal struggles. My practice is rooted in creating spaces where one can speak without being judged.
During my internship in the Psychiatry Department of Combined Military Hospital Nowshera I accompanied clients with a wide range of concerns — from acute distress to complex mental health conditions. My approach is culturally sensitive, resource-oriented and always centred on the person.
I speak Pashto, Urdu and English — and firmly believe that every story deserves its own dignified place.
